Andrea Spencer, BSN,RN

Andrea Spencer is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 30 years of extensive experience in the medical field, spanning various specialties and healthcare settings. Throughout her career, Andrea has cultivated a deep passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering others through education. She provides executive leadership and guidance for clinical care coordination while developing and sustaining a culture that supports quality care and strategic partners throughout the community.

Her expertise extends to providing high-quality training and skills proficiency to individuals who share her commitment to caring for others. She began her clinical journey following in her mother’s footsteps in New York city and then moved to Florida where she continued her career in Long Term Care initially as a floor nurse and quickly moved up the ranks holding positions such as 3-11 supervisor, weekend supervisor, Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and an ALF Administrator. Andrea holds certifications as a infection control preventionist, CPR instructor, legal nurse consultant, and dementia care nurse specialist. These credentials, combined with her extensive clinical expertise, enable her to deliver comprehensive education and mentorship to healthcare professionals and caregivers.

Andrea’s mission is to inspire and prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and compassion needed to make a meaningful impact on the lives of their patients. Andrea excels in creating engaging training programs that emphasize proficiency, compassion, and confidence.

A lifelong advocate for continuous learning, and community outreach Andrea combines her rich clinical background with a talent for effective communication to deliver educational programs that are both engaging and impactful in not only the senior population but the community at large.

Denna S. Kunins RN, BSN

Denna S. Kunins, has been a nurse for 16 years and is currently working in a Mental Health/Detox Inpatient Facility as a nursing supervisor. She obtained her nursing degree from Capella University and is currently working on her MSN-FNP degree from Herzing University. Denna started her journey in the medical field as a Hospital Corpsman in the US. Navy with 8yrs of service and has worked in various fields such as Urology, Neurology, OB/GYN, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Long term Care and Rehabilitation as well as Hospice, Case Management and Bone Marrow Transplant PCU. 

In her role, Denna is known for promoting evidence-based practice while still considering the individual needs of her patients. Denna has always had a passion for caring for seniors in need of long-term care and assistance in their daily living. This passion has also led her to extend her care for the seniors into educating those who care seniors. Teaching compassionate individuals who also want to learn the skills necessary to care for others. She’s always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that her patients receive the best possible care.

Michelle Smith RN, BSN, IC

With over a decade of diverse experience in healthcare, Michelle Smith is a dedicated and highly skilled registered nurse. She has spent 10 years working in the Emergency Room, gaining extensive knowledge in acute care and critical interventions. Her career also includes significant roles in hospice care, med-surg, ICU, telemetry, and stroke units, where she provided compassionate, expert patient care.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Michelle Smith served as a Director of Nursing for 4 years, leading nursing teams and ensuring high standards of patient safety and care. She is also an Infection Control Preventionist (ICP), actively working to promote infection prevention protocols and training in healthcare settings.

As an American Heart Association CPR instructor, Michelle Smith is passionate about education, training healthcare professionals and the community in life-saving techniques.

Driven by a commitment to excellence, Michelle Smith continues to enhance her skills and knowledge to provide top-quality care and leadership in the healthcare field.
