Career Guidance

Academic Advisement

Faculty and the admission’s office are in place to support students through every phase of academic life at InSpiredCare Learning Center.

Students needing academic advisement will be given an opportunity to schedule an appointment to speak with a member of the admission’s office, their instructor, and/or the Director of the program. InSpiredCare  Learning Center’s staff will provide every student with educational guidance, prepare a roadmap to success in their program, and set benchmarks for improvement and completion

Tutoring Services

Students who demonstrate less than satisfactory grades or progress will be referred for tutoring services. Students at risk of failure must meet live or virtually with faculty, program leadership, or administration to ensure they possess the resources and support necessary to complete the program.

Library Resources

InSpiredCare  Learning Center participates with the Library Internet Resource Network (LIRN). Students of the Academy will be given access to the virtual online library which will be available to them 24 hours a day, seven days per week.

Resume Services

InSpiredCare Learning Center will assist students to create a well-crafted resume that is memorable, and demonstrates the students’ qualifications, previous work experience and skills while highlighting their professional strengths. Students will learn how to design their resumes to target a specific job and employer to position them for success.

Mock Interviews

InSpiredCare Learning Center will hold mock interviews with students which will provide them with the confidence to explain to an employer why they are applying for a job. Students will go through different interview scenarios and be provided with positive constructive feedback on their individual circumstance. This process will optimize and sharpen their interview skills, assist them in preparation to define and accomplish their career goals which will separate them from other candidates in this highly competitive hiring environment.

Assistance with Job Placement Services

InSpiredCare Learning Center has partnered with several employment agencies that will assist students with employment placement. Inquiries made to the school from potential employers will be posted on the bulletin board. InSpiredCare Learning Center will also schedule on-campus recruiting days and group interviews for individual employers. InSpiredCare Learning Center will assist students with employment to the best of its ability but cannot guarantee employment.
